Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue animal through Marco Small Pet Rescue.

Please note – this is NOT an adoption form but a questionnaire designed to help us match you with exactly the right pet for you, and your family. Some pets may receive multiple adoption requests. In the event that this happens with a pet you are applying to adopt, Marco Small Animal Rescue will review all questionnaires received and select the most suitable home for the pet. In other instances, if we feel a pet may not be the right fit for you, we will work with you to ensure we try to find a pet that is suited to your home and lifestyle.

So we can help you, and your future pet, find each other as soon as possible, please ensure you answer the following questions accurately, and supply as much detail as you can. We also need photos of your garden or outdoor area, and a few photos of the interior of your home where the pet will be kept, including:

Gates
Outdoor areas, grassed areas
Fence heights (ensure the photos show the type of fencing)
Interior of the home, where the pet may sleep.
If you have any other pets, please also send us photos of them, as these will also help us determine your next forever pet.
